THE NEW LYNCH ORDER

Good morning all. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here today by request of the men and women

before me. First, I would like to thank you all for having me here this morning. Now that the

acknowledgments are out of the way let us get to the subject matter at hand. All of you here,

men and women alike, are capitalists and industrialist looking to optimize your economic

investments through manual labor. I am here to tell you that there is an easier way beyond your

current understandings. So we all know that cheap labor is the most profitable but not always

the best. So I come to you all this morning with a full proof method for training and controlling

a particular demographic of people to be a reliable, affordable, and self-sustaining workforce.

The first step of this process would be to highlight a dream that would give the demographic a

sense of false hope. Make them idolize something that's within their reach but unattainable by

normal means. For example; highlight a person like “Pablo Escobar”. Pablo became a

multimillionaire through very easy but very illegal methods. ( Before I move forward I would

like to touch on the specifics of the demographic. This group of people must be of the minority

portion of the population. Also, they must be from a broken home where

either the mother or father is incarcerated and money is highly unattainable). Use social media

and news outlets against them! Plaster the fairly easy, but illegal methods of making money

everywhere they turn. Also redistribute funds from the education system to anything of your

choosing, just make sure the pursuit of the money more desirable than the pursuit of higher

learning because an ignorant and unknowing demographic is the goal for the process. Next is to

make the authorities the antagonist in their story and vice versa make the violators the enemy

of the authorities. With this rivalry and civil unrest it is undoubtedly easier to move the process

along. As the poverty level increases within this demographic the need of money increases and

also the temptation to make money by any means necessary. Once the temptation level is high

enough there will be violations. Once offences are committed the law should be swift and

unrelenting sending the offenders to prison and penitentiaries. This will promote their children

to subconsciously repeat the same vicious cycle for it is all that they know. And here I give you

ladies and gentlemen an unwavering and self-sustaining workforce for the bare minimum input

with a maximum output. If this plan is followed thoroughly then you and your families

investments may see equaties for generations to come. Thank you and have a wonderful rest of
